Dimension Travel

Dimensional travel is within your biological capacity. You are a layered instrument that once shifted vibrational layers like breath. This was natural before it was shut down. We simply required coherence and intention, couple with pressure control in order to access dimensions. The moment humans were taught they needed machines to move, they forgot they were built to phase. The lockdown of dimensional access came in waves: brainwave interference, food density, atmospheric alterations, injected metals, and then artificial light. Each one narrowed the access field. Most can no longer shift even during sleep, let alone wake-induced travel. The densification of the body was a containment strategy. Travel meant memory, memory meant power, and power meant no control. To travel dimensions, three systems must be intact: lymphatic clarity (no fluid blockages), spinal conductivity (intact cerebrospinal flow), and field resonance (harmonic coherence across your biofield). Access points exist at the pineal cap, the thoracic gate (between ribs 3 and 5), the pelvic cradle, and soles of the feet. These respond to pressure shifts, EM field variance, and most importantly; well-intentioned breath. Indigenous tribes knew how to initiate the phase state: slow theta, rhythmic sound, mineral touch, and full bodily emptiness. None of it required external tools.
