The Return of Inner Knowing

Updated: Oct 14

In this blog, we will discuss why many of us have lost our ability for clear intuition, and what our ancestors did to bring it back when it was clouded.

There was a time when truth was felt in your bones and there wasn’t a need for a second opinion.

Unfortunately, for many of us, we have lost this ability of intuition. Women, moreso than men, possessed this quality within their divine feminine nature. A superpower feared by the controlling dracos.

Back then, you could walk into a room and sense everything. You’d receive signs like your body tightening, or softening. You’d feel when to speak and when to leave. There was no overthinking. Just quiet clarity.

That sense has mostly been buried.

Modern life makes it easy to disconnect.

We eat foods that dull the senses. We drink water that numbs the gland designed for inner sight. We scroll for hours, and call it thinking. We medicate discomfort instead of listening to it. We trust outside voices more than our own.

Intuition shouldn’t be seen as a rare gift because it’s a natural sense that weakens with disuse, and strengthens with care. If the body is full of static, the signal won’t come through, and most of what we consume creates that toxic static.

Fluoride, for example, hardens the pineal gland, which was once known as the “seat of the soul. Refined sugar causes spikes and crashes that distort clarity. Seed oils inflame the brain. Factory-farmed meat carries the frequency of fear. And pharmaceuticals, unless absolutely necessary, often suppress the very symptoms that are trying to teach us something.

What blocks the signal most isn’t evil but it’s overload. Too much noise. Too much input, and not enough stillness.

Among the simplest tools for clearing this fog is pine needle tea. It’s been used for generations by those who lived close to nature. It supports the lungs, clears the blood, and helps the pineal gland function properly again. Modern science points to its antiviral and antioxidant effects. Ancient practice simply said: “this clears the head.” It’s not a miracle cure, but it is a clean, living source of clarity; especially when used consistently. If you’d like to buy some, you can purchase some by clicking here. Use code LZGRNA7IHE for 20% off. Drink it without distraction. Let it become part of a daily rhythm.

Make it a signal to your body that you’re clearing space; which you can only do if you drink it in a calming environment, made with toxic-free water.

The body remembers what the mind forgets, and the old ways are still within reach.

  • Fasting reduces noise from digestion.

  • Breathwork shifts internal state.

  • Spring water carries conductivity and coherence.

  • Morning sun resets your rhythm.

  • Walking barefoot grounds your signal to the Earth’s natural field.

  • Clay and charcoal remove what doesn’t belong.

  • Herbs like mugwort or blue lotus open dreaming pathways and sensory awareness.

You don’t need more information. You need less interference. Your intuition isn’t gone. It’s just quiet under the weight of what you’ve taken in.

Begin clearing that weight, but not with urgency, as it must be done with intent in order to work.

Drink clean water.

Breathe fully.

Take walks without your phone.

Sit in silence before the day begins.

And use pine needle tea as a simple, steady tool to help the process in the morning (here).

There’s nothing mystical about returning to yourself.

It’s just a choice to stop piling things on.

The more you clear, the more you feel.

Over time, the signal that once felt lost begins to return; clean, steady, and unmistakably yours.
